Please ensure that all postage details are correct before submitting your order - items sent to the wrong address will not be replaced and no postage refund will be offered.

Because each item produced by TrapWorks is hand made, there can sometimes be a short delay in shipment, with this in mind I ask that you allow 7 (seven) days for delivery. Often items which are already in stock will be sent out the same or the next day.

Large orders can take two or three days to ship, but if there any delays or problems you will be contacted.

All items sold by TrapWorks have a standard returns policy. If you are not happy with the product just return it unused for a full product refund or exchange. TrapWorks is unable to refund postage or courier costs.

TrapWorks will not refund any monies or exchange any product which it is deemed to have been altered or used by the customer.
